We are a zero tolerance vessel. Possession of any illegal drug will result in termination of the trip without refund.
Beer is permitted on board in moderation. No hard liquor is allowed on board.
Intoxication or any other inappropriate behavior will result in termination of trip with no refund.
Anyone carelessly damaging equipment or the vessel will be held responsible for replacement or repair cost.
There will be a $100 deposit due for all trips with in 5 days of scheduling trip; if deposit is not received your date will not be held.
Deposit will be non-refundable if trip is cancelled with in 14 days of the date of trip.
Cancelation of any trip because of weather conditions or any other reason will be at the discretion of the captain. If trip is cancelled you will have the option of receiving your full refund back, or rescheduling trip for another date.
All trips are for 1-4 people.
Gratuity for the mate is not covered under the cost of the charter. It is customary to tip the mate 15-20% of the cost of the trip.
